VISION                                                                 That people would experience God’s truth in their “inner most being” (Psalm 51:6).  This truth brings security, healing, and restoration and ultimately greater intimacy with the Heavenly Father.  As intimacy with God grows, destiny will manifest.

MISSION

INSIGHT:  We are gifted at seeing into the souls (Rom 12:6, 1 Cr 12:8) of individuals, unlocking long-standing patterns which have hindered relationships and fulfillment.

CLARITY:  We bring Clarity where there has been confusion.  Often individuals, particularly leaders, are confident in there ability to see clearly for others, but lack personal understanding and insight.  They need a fresh look from someone outside that they can trust.

PLACEMENT:  We identify and confirm where individuals fit into God’s plan.   Even gifted leaders find themselves out of place, hindered by confusing, cyclical life patterns.  As they begin to understand their unique design and intrinsic value, their true destiny manifests.

SECURITY:   Understanding security from the inside can be very elusive for Christians who feel like they must “earn” God’s approval.  Many spend their life trying to overcome their lack of assurance by outward acts rather than submitting to a God’s processes which lead to deep, internal security.  We help identify and understand these processes.

                                                       WHAT WE DO

We are ministers of Jesus Christ who have a unique ability to bring understanding, clarity, and insight.   Through a combination of practical knowledge and the leading of the Holy Spirit (Rom 12:6, 1 Cr 12:8) we bring freedom to people who often have felt like there is no where else to turn for answers.   As a believer in Christ, everyone should experience the joy of knowing truth in the inner most being (Psalm 51:6).  The the inner life of the individual often takes back seat as people struggle to make their way through life and in effect ignore the deep places of hurt or lack of emotional foundation in their souls.  These hurts, or places of lack, eventually end up effecting their relationships, work life, and destiny.  Jesus said He came to “heal the broken hearted” (Luke 4:18-NASB)  The apostle John takes it a step further:

“Beloved, I pray that in all respects you may prosper and be in good health, just as your soul prospers” (3 John 1:2: -NASB)

We believe that as a person comes to prosper at a soul level and understands truth in their innermost being, they will not only enjoy a healthy emotional life, but their relationships, work life, and fulfillment will be greatly enhanced.

                                                    WHO WE HELP

*Leaders:   Some individuals are natural leaders, well-educated, well-trained, and highly-motivated, and yet cannot seem to fully realize their destiny. Many do not understand their value and unique design.  Others feel a sense of having to perform for God’s acceptance and as a result do not find their true purpose. This can be found among the highest level corporate executives and ministers.  God is in the business of restoring the inner foundation so His children’s destiny can manifest to the external world.

*Couples:  Committed couples who sincerely desire a healthy relationship are often confused with their inability to connect to one another.  They feel as though they have hit an impasse.  When they begin to understand how their own hurts and past experiences influence the relationship, they find restoration and healing.  As couples begin to understand their partner, they can become a supportive advocate in the process.  Through practical knowledge and the leading of the Holy Spirit we can help to identify the couples’ core issues.

*Those needing insight and understanding:  We help people who have the following questions:  Why do I feel invisible?  Why do I have the same destructive relationship patterns?  Why have I always been plagued with fears and insecurity?  Why don’t I feel loved by God or people?  Why don’t I feel fulfilled even though I am doing “God’s work”? Why do I feel drained by the expectations of others?  Why do I not feel valuable? Why do others not see my value?  Where should I draw the line with my giving? (2 Cr 9:7, Phm 1;14, 1Pe 5:2) How do I submit my gifts and strengths to God so that people do not take advantage?

*Those needing placement:  Often the greatest strength of the individual is the greatest point of struggle.  The Leader is often plagued by thoughts about their inability to lead.  The person gifted to connect at a deep level find themselves disconnected.  The “enemy of our souls” (John 10:10) strikes us in our greatest strength; not only to discourage use of our gifts, but to push us to overuse the gifts in order to deplete us.   In addition, the years of God’s refining and testing (Isaiah 48:10, 1 Peter 1:6-7), particularly for leaders, can bring about a great deal of discouragement.  Understanding God’s processes and the “big picture” in one’s life can be a great encouragement and help to clarify the unique role each person has in God’s kingdom.

*Those desiring greater intimacy with God.   God often manifests His presence in an intimate way with those we minister.  As we minister God’s understanding, compassion, and reassurance, people feel drawn into a deeper relationship with Him.
